It begins here and never ends. Though really, there is no story that begins anywhere and ends somewhere and that is final. That's just what we want to believe, must believe, makes sense. Makes it simpler, a little softer to feel you finally got somewhere. This day began like they all do, with yesterday tagging along. It seems simple. Of course, there is nothing like the feeling of consolidation; relations with whomever, whatever, over, when it was time to slip into another phase when we sometimes called an end to it all and we were so thankful to feel that curtain fall, regretful, disturbed, even developed memory loss. Sex, we all are aware of reaching for the endless top, the ultimate climax whereas we never return, just continue on for eternity, never ending ecstasy, but yea, we all know, that ends too. Ends and beginnings come and go like the wind, never truly here and never truly there, always passing by, sometimes fast and sometimes slow. In the mind it can be different, sometimes near and sometimes far, regardless of the weather, could be rain, could be snow. Near the exit you almost always end up striving towards some new beginning, still wearing your old clothes and shopping for more time.
I suppose, these times will also pass, like a dream does, light sometimes and sometimes mean. The beauty in the simplest things flow by in melancholy colours and a loss for words. It is everywhere, possibly all the time, beauty, caught in the now of it all. Through the forest, time melts, in the city it tightens up. It is magic ultimately that leads you one way or another, a beginning or an end. You can question it clear thru eternity and never come to an end, and that, is a way of civilized man. It is our job, it appears, for some unknown reason, i presume, to question everything everywhere. But if thought can't get you there, somewhere, the ultimate search might end and possibly should end. The great answer is no question at all and that be the way, but we won't take it, not for a now that never ends. That is what i've concluded here and there. So i walk on, watching the scenes as they pass by and connecting words to end themselves, it's an endless game. Some sort of circular reason folding in-between paragraphs and there appears to be no end in sight. You may think this is coming to an end but in the end, as they say, you will find it is just the beginning. And, this is not a paradox, it's a dilemma, but not for me, today, this ends here. It all ends here and now no matter how you look at it, every new beginning always feels like there is no end in sight. That’s the trick.
It was late afternoon and a crow suddenly appeared in this forest. I was not noticing him when he spoke, "hey, you got a question", i immediately looked up and stumbled across some waves of air and said, "sure, you got any answers". well, he turned his head, almost laughed, or so i thought and squawked abruptly, "no, not today". I said "well, fine then, what's up". He clucked a little and said, "that's kind of a question, but anyways, not much, just watching the forest live" and then the whole reality clip just ended, slowly drifted off the scene into a grey darkening space like a movie ends and leaves you perplexed, half surrendering to the mysterious unsatisfying conclusions fading within your mind. That’s the way time ends, any old crow knows that.

Good to see your life's work and how you combine your photos with writings. It is very good work and I hope that the right person will see the talent and effort put in to create it. I enjoy reading your work and the art that works together.
I googled sub stack and logged on. I searched on artistic blogs but couldn't find yours. I was able to read other writings without a problem. Do you have the ability to set specific controls? Maybe you have to fine tune it some how? I read Medium daily and Quora which offer similar access for authors. They seem to be more user friendly. How does it work. If you get a subscriber you pay to Substack or do you pay them a portion of what you earn through paying subscribers? I guess your audience would be in the Arts type background. Not sure how you would attract readers to get growth. It seems random?
