They met at the height of their last bend along the great highway to beyond the skies.
He came in here looking for relief. Shelter from the battle raging all around the doors. The only calm found was from her, that quiet one by the window. Her velvet lips and delicate silk skin caressed against her flowed long curled hair soft yellow and free with her turquoise glistening eyes sparkling thru the perfect air to somewhere warm within his heart. The magic was pure and definite and he fell straight into her magnetic spell. The dainty smile illuminated the waves across the room new and without hesitation a form of love spread quick around them.
Time tears thru the corridors of the mind. Love falls off walls without a warning. The beauty of life crinkles serene in the waves slowly rubbing its warmth across the shores of the last dimension. He lived long into the changes of the mind. Now, history is folding over itself again with the blind against the deaf, the suffering hiding in their wounds, the black bent pushing manufactured molecules into veins, attempting to straight-jacket thought itself on the run across free plains.
We live in the dying of a wounded world gone mad. People inventing new selves, new cells and discovering little.
There is a seed nurturing in the dark womb of the earth. A projection of evolution where truth is love and life is sacred. The mad hammering of the self induced privileged is melting into the calm inwards. This is the way of the world, the way of the universe, the way of the way.
In the mean time he left his future inside the home. She was gone. His love was empty. His dreams were memories. His time was breathing slow into the long night. His thoughts were vague, broken, clear and fading. The end was moving into view and he was grateful for it all, for everything he could be, was. Time was turning in on itself, moving so fast it was slow. Nameless, an entity gone lingering in the minds left untangling this one world of the many.
Age distorts and clarifies thought, breaks away from the decor of dreams and sails across the space like mist. For the many that remained true to the false hopes and upheld lies, life went sad, sour, and worthless. The few that fought off the crumbling waves of dissent, disease, distortion and deceit, love found its way in many forms. There is no blame ultimately, the fight was useless and the trees continue to teach with winds blowing lessons over pathless trails. We don't matter much in the small picture, the infinitesimal grand scape of whatever.Â
In the ruins of city streets the destruction of plans gone mad are touring, torturing the hearts of the headless. The rains are heavy and the walls are thin, pride is holding up the few strands left to the barrier of relief. Facts are folding across the data machines and turmoil is shifting into high gear. The ending is rolling on.
He went soft and the hard edged reality shimmered off into the night. Forever on his lips the first kiss left for eternity and never looked back. His entangled embrace with love was all that remained as he melted into the last dream and slid across the mystery into everything. There held death living as a master piece silent, hanging on a museum wall forever ending.

‘A walking contradiction, Partly truth and partly fiction’
Kris Kristofferson - The Pilgrim Lyrics
From James Hodgson..........Hi there just read your last piece . I remain honest when i say you have an enviable talented and imaginative writing ability my man. Sometimes your freedom of expression i think gets beyond my comprehension but never seems to bore or allude me until the last word is read. I still think you’re missing the publishing boats but we all have our lost opportunities yet they will remain in the cloud of your readers minds and hopefully accessible well beyond our limited years. Keep it up or down but always around k? Cheers man
I love that shot of traffic in the rain... very cool.
