ST194 ... Moving Forward
even tho it may look like i'm lagging behind
The deception of war is everywhere, social media is scraping the pieces together. Friends and lovers are on the trail to the future. Kachi doesn’t give a damn about any of this. I still don’t know what it’s all about. Every time i get a firm conclusion about anything more data enters in and exits with my mind hollowed out. But i continue on arguing about this and that until i’m blue in the face. I’m normal. I’m a social media junky. I have nothing better to do. I will end my life a clone with the best of minds if i’m lucky or just another lost soul skimming across the universe as a digit of light. I don’t believe in any of this, it’s just something to do. I know most want something they can sink their teeth into, something real, solid, tasty. I don’t have any of that. Here, let’s share this mango.
Just the other day i saw this guy with a knapsack of headlines overflowing, a manipulated image of a disaster playing live, proving some news event, four baseball hats with catchy words/strange letters and a handful of social-credit-points to give to his estranged-gendered friend. He stopped me and asked if i voted for….. i hesitated, looked him in the eye, calm, said, ‘no’. ‘Good’ he said and walked on.
After passing a million people or more between here and there, all with their phone screens transforming their brain cells at the speed of light. I stopped by the park, sat and talked to Henri-etta, the elder. She said it shall all pass, be at peace, love is still the ultimate answer, essence, focus, it’s everywhere. I looked up at the canopy of this ancient mighty tree and with a hand on her hip, softly, ‘thanks/meegwetch’, i whispered.
